After discovering our hot water was cold, I checked our 12 year old unit and couldn’t get it to turn on. Called this company for service as they were the original installers. They were able to send a person (Romeo) within an hour. Friendly guy, found ...an internal leak pretty quickly which meant a new unit was needed. Tried selling me on a $5K unit first, but I don’t need my water heater texting me, so got down past the $3K option, to the $2K option (guess the Sears $600 option is ancient history :-). Romeo and his assistant Gio, whom he was training, were able to put in a new unit (changed from Rheem to some other contractor brand) within another hour and a half. New codes require a few changes, including drip pan which prevents housing from fully attaching, but I do have hot water. Four stars for being so responsive and friendly. Install looks better than I could have done, but a little sloppy, and left some screws and stuff to clean up (hope to get a star from my spouse for doing that myself).Read More...
Romeo did a great job
Bought water heater from them 2018 and needed service, they came out same day of service call. Tech arrived on time and was very thorough and professional, water heater is back in service.
Romeo installed a new recirculating water system, installed an expansion tank, installed a ball valve, earthquake straps and venting. Work is very professional.
